1. Petitioner is aggrieved by grant of permit to respondent No.3 for the route Bilaspur to Sarangarh. The order issuing permit was passed on 26-6-11, however, the Stage Carriage Permit was issued/obtained on 22-9-15.

2. The petitioner has alternative remedy of preferring an appeal for revision before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal.

3. Thus, on account of availability of alternative remedy, the present petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. Petitioner may avail the alternative remedy within a period of one month from today.
