Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 31.07.2018 Heard.

The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking the relief to direct respondent authorities to consider his representation and absorb his service in the Department of School Education. 2.

The petitioner is working as Shiksha Karmi Grade-III and posted

at Government Primary School in village Bordehi, District Bemetara. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file fresh representation before respondent No.4 for redressal of his grievances and the instant writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.4 to decide such representation within stipulated time.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No.4 for redressal of his grievances. In case the petitioner files such representation before respondent No.4, in that event respondent No.4 shall decide such representation within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law and procedure.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
