1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order to the extent of reflection of the appearance of the counsel for the respondent No. 3.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that he was present in the Court when the writ petition was disposed of. However, due to a clerical error, the name of the counsel for respondent No. 3 has not been reflected in the order. It is not disputed by the original counsel for the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the order dated 28.06.2019 passed in WPS No. 4718 of 2019 stands modified to the extent so far as the respondent No. 3, the present applicant is concerned. It would be accepted as that "Shri B.D. Guru" represented for respondent No. 3. in the said case

4. The present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.
