The limited relief that the Petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition, is for a direction to Respondent No.5 to consider and decide the application that the Petitioner has filed for recording his name in the revenue records. 2.
The limited relief sought for by the Petitioner is not opposed by the learned Additional Advocate General.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No.5 to consider and take a decision on the application of the Petitioner, which is pending before Respondent No.5, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

Respondent No.5 shall take a decision only after considering the merits of the case and after hearing all the concerned parties interested in the said property.. 6.
