1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that if the allotment of houses under the I.H.S.D.P. Scheme is made, the petitioners are ready to vacate the premises and remove encroachment within 15 days.

2. Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Bilaslpur would submit that allotment of houses under the I.H.S.D.P. Scheme shall be made within 15 days.

3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur, the writ petitions are disposed of with direction that on allotment being made within a period of 10 days, the petitioners shall vacate the premises and remove encroachment within 15 days, failing which, the Corporation shall be entitled to proceed to remove the encroachment

immediately on expiry of 15 days. It is also made clear that the petitioners shall co-operate and complete the required formalities including the deposit of installments as soon as the allotment is made in their favour.

4. Petitions stand disposed of accordingly.
