1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.61/2020, registered at Police Station - Police Chowki Revti, Chandaura, District - Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

3. The first bail application was dismissed on merits in MCRC No.8329 of 2020 on 11-02-2021.

4. 287 Ganja plants have been recovered from the agricultural field belonging to the applicant.

5. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

6. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, I am not inclined to take any different view of the matter.

7. Accordingly, this repeat bail application is dismissed. However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
