Aggrieved by the order dated 24.07.2021 the present writ petition has been filed.

Vide the impugned order the services of the petitioner have been shifted from Pre-Matric Scheduled Caste Boys Hostel, Sakti, Block Sakti, District Janjgir-Champa to the Tribal Boys Ashram, Keribandha, Block Sakti.

Considering the distance between the two places of posting, this Court

-2does not find any strong case made out by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order. However, it is left open for the petitioner to approach the respondents authorities on the administrative side by making appropriate representation for ventilating his grievances.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
