Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 07.12.2018 in MCRC No. 7739 of 2018 and his second bail was also dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 23.07.2019 in MCRC No. 1221 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press instant bail petition. He further prays that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial and dispose off the case as soon as possible.
