2. This MCC has been filed for restoration of Writ Appeal No.252/2019 dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 2.5.2019.

3. Considering the particular facts and circumstances, we find it appropriate to cause writ appeal to be restored to its original number, subject to payment of a cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) to the Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority forthwith. Payment shall be effected and receipt shall be produced forthwith.

4. Subject to above, the MCC stands allowed.
