1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehends their arrest in connection with Crime No.59/2020, registered at Police Station Torwa, District - Bilaspur C.G. for offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 327, 506 and 34 of the I.P.C.

2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the anticipatory bail application filed directly before this Court with liberty to move before the Sessions Court.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
