Amongst various grounds, the transfer order is under challenge mainly on the ground that the petitioner is again being transferred to scheduled area though he has remained posted since 2007 in scheduled area and therefore as per clause 2.1 of the policy dated 3.6.2015, the petitioner's case is liable to be considered for transferring him outside the scheduled area. 3.

This aspect is required to be considered by the authority. 4.

The writ petition is accordingly finally disposed off with a direction that if

the petitioner prefers representation within a period of three weeks, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority within a period of 4 weeks. For a period of 6 weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. SD/- ( Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) J U D G E Tumane
