2. The petitioner has assailed the show cause notice issued by the Tehsildar, Champa under Section 248 of the C.G. Land Revenue
Code, 1959.
3. It is stated that the Tehsildar is not receiving the reply filed by the petitioner in response to the show cause notice.
4. The petitioner should have apprised the Senior Revenue authorities about refusal of the Tehsildar to accept the reply.
5. The present petition filed directly against the show cause notice issued by the Tehsildar is not maintainable.
