ORDER

(Passed on 14th December, 2019) 1.

In the instant Criminal revision where the applicants have been convicted under Section 325 IPC vide impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 18.10.2012 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Jashpur (CG) in Criminal Appeal No. 56/2012, the parties present in the National Lok Adalat held today including the complainant clearly state that they have compromised the matter amicably and are not interested in prosecuting this revision any longer.

In view of the aforesaid statement in the form of duly filled up and singed docket supplied by the parties, nothing survives to be further adjudicated and therefore, the applicants are acquitted of the charges levelled against them by setting a side the judgment impugned. It is held accordingly.
