Counsel appearing for both the parties jointly submitted that the Presiding Officer, against whom the allegations have been made in order to get transferred the proceedings initiated by the respondent for dissolution of marriage under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, has already been transferred, and therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 2.

In view of above submission, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. No order as to costs.
