1) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 02.07.2020 in connection with Crime No. 183/2020 for offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 302 of Indian Penal Code and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act registered at Police Station- New Rajendra Nagar, District- Raipur (C.G.).

2) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to prosecute the case and seeks to withdraw the same.

3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
