This is second bail application filed by the applicant only on the ground that the trial in the case is getting delayed.

His earlier bail application M.Cr.C. No.3447/2019 is dismissed on merits on 03.07.2019. There appears to be no change in circumstances. The current pandemic situation is not going to be continued forever, therefore, I do not feel inclined to entertain this bail application again. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed.
