Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interim order of stay against reinstatement was vacated by order dated 26-10-2017. After the order was vacated, the respondent were under an obligation to allow the petitioner to continue to work. Presently work is not being taken from him.

The petitioner should first seek appropriate direction in the pending writ petition. By way of contempt petition, award can not be enforced.
