ORDER

(Passed on this 11th December, 2021) 1.

This appeal is directed against the impugned order dated 19.07.2018, whereby the appellant is convicted under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and sentenced to R.I. for 6 months with fine of Rs. 1,25,793/- and in default of payment of fine, additional R.I. for 3 months. 2.

During the pendency of this appeal, the parties have arrived at a compromise on 11.12.2021.

In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, as per the Compromise Docket dated 11.12.2021, the Appellant is hereby acquitted. 4.
