1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction for consideration of representation dated 18.09.2017 preferred against an adverse remark in respect of the period from 2010-11 upto 2015-16.

2. It is found that the petitioner has preferred a representation on 18.09.2017. Considering the said situation, it would be appropriate to dispose off the matter at this stage with direction to respondent No.1 to consider and take appropriate decision on petitioner's representation within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
