The Petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 Issue an appropriate writ and call for the records of the acquisition/procurement of lands as performed by the private respondent company for establishing its plant at Village Malpurikhurd, Khasadih, Post Ahiwara, Tahsil Dhamdha, Durg (C.G.) 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ and direct the respondent state to ensure payment of appropriate compensation and employment to the

persons affected out of the acquisition of lands at the relevant place by the private respondent company, in terms of mandate of Rehabilitation Policy, 2007.

10.3 Grant any other relief, which is deemed fit in the circumstances of the case."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the I.A. No. 1 of 2020 has been filed seeking for permission to withdraw the matter in view of the subsequents development mentioned therein.

In the said circumstance, the I.A. is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
