It is ordered, as prayed for.

M.C.C. No.733 of 2015 This is an application for restoration of WPC No.215/2015, which was dismissed for want of prosecution, pursuant to the Court order dated 11.2.2015.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPC No.215/2015 is directed to be restored to its original number, subject, however, on payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of one week and comply the order dated 11-2-2015 passed in WPC No.215/2015 during the same time.
