1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that service of the petitioner from 13.7.2002 to 19.1.2006 has been declared as dies-non and he has not paid the salary. Against which he has made a representation on 7.5.2016 for that period, which has not been considered and decided by respondent No.1.

2. Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this oder. However, the

petitioner is at liberty to file an additional representation, if any. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
