At the outset, the counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty, that he may be permitted to surrender before the concerned court and seek for grant of regular bail and also prays, that the court below may be directed to consider the bail application on the same day.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, that in the event if the applicant surrenders himself before the concerned court and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the concerned court may if possible consider the said application on the same day.
