Learned counsel for the State submits that there is an alternative remedy of raising service dispute under the law.

Prima facie order dated 17.11.2009 (Annexure P/2) shows that the petitioner was appointed by Chief Executive Officer, District Co-operative Central Bank, Bilaspur. Transfer order has been issued by the Branch Manager of the Bank at Jaijaipur. Therefore, the challenge pertains to the jurisdictional aspect as such it would be proper to direct respondent No.1 to consider the grounds raised by the petitioner in his representation dated 11.09.2015 and take a decision thereon within a period of three weeks. If the petitioner prefers representation within ten days, the same shall be

considered by respondent No.1 within three weeks. For a period of five weeks, the transfer order shall not be given effect to.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
