2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondentOil Company, would submit that the guidelines for selection of Dealers for regular and rural retail outlets provides for grievance redressal system with further stipulation that if the grievance is raised against allotment in favour of a person, LOI shall not be issued till the grievance is redressed/disposed of.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition appears to be premature. However, it is expected of the respondent -Oil Company to dispose of the representation in accordance with the procedure prescribed under clause 17 of the Brochure for Selection of Dealers for Regular and Rural Retail Outlets (Annexure P/5) within the time frame prescribed therein.
