1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to prefer second appeal before the Director General of Police, Police Headquarter, Raipur against the impugned appellate order.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is liberty to prefer second appeal before respondent No.2/Director General of Police within 30 days from today. If such an appeal is preferred, respondent No.2/Director General of Police would do well to consider and dispose off the same within 3 months from its presentation and to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid direction / observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No order as to cost(s).
