The whole dispute in the instant Writ Petition revolves around the posting of the petitioner as well as the private respondent and a couple of officers in the past who were all posted as Block Education Officer, Patharia, District Mungeli.

Perusal of record would show that, there has been more than 3 or 4 years in respect of different set of officers being sent as Block Education Officer, Patharia and some of them have been transferred back, some of

them have retained or accomodated somewhere showing there is a posting order substantially at Patharia.

Taking into consideration all these complications this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if the State is directed to take an appropriate decision in the light of the correspondence made by the District Education Officer, Mungeli on 25/09/2018 addressed to the Secretary, School Education Department.

Taking into consideration the entire facts as has been enumerated by the District Education Officer, Mungeli in Annexure-R/1. 5.

Let the respondent No.1 take an appropriate decision at the earliest determining the place of posting of the petitioner and also ensuring that the order now which shall be issued is such which could be easily complied with with no further complications. Meanwhile let status quo as it exists be maintained till a fresh order is passed.

Let the respondent No.1 take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from today. 7.
