1. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays that the writ petition at this juncture may be disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.1 by way of a detailed representation ventilating his grievance in respect of the unpaid dues that is payable to
the petitioner by the respondents.
2. To this limited prayer, the State counsel does not oppose.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the respondent no.1 by way of a representation for ventilating his grievance.
