Patel had not pressed it.

2. This fact is also supported by photocopy of the order dated 09.07.2014 of JMFC, Mahasamund.

3. Petitioner has preffered this CRMP to quash the order dated 18.12.2013 passed by C.J.M. in criminal MJC No.42/2013.
