With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

The petitioner is working as Lab Assistant in the State Forensic Science Laboratory, Raipur. Upon opening of new Regional Forensic Science Laboratories throughout the State, several Lab Technicians have been posted at the newly opened Regional Forensic Science Laboratories. The petitioner has also been posted at Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Jagdalpur.

This Court would take judicial notice of the fact that for smooth functioning of the criminal justice system, the State Government has opened new Forensic Science Laboratories so that reports from such laboratories are obtained within the time allowed for filing of charge sheet in criminal cases. For proper functioning of the laboratories, posting of Labour Assistants are essential. The impugned order has been passed in administrative exigency, therefore, this Court does not deem it appropriate to interfere in the matter. 4.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
