Order On Board 27/10/2015 IA No.01 This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC. On due consideration, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned.

M.C.C. No.892 of 2015 This is an application for restoration of W.P.(CR) No.38/2014 which was dismissed for non-compliance of Court's order dated 02.12.2014.

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and W.P.(CR) No.38/2014, is directed to be restored to its original number subject, however, to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the High Court Bar Association, Bilaspur (C.G.) within a period of one week from today.
