HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet CRMP No. 1436/2018 Narendra Kumar Rathiya -v- State of Chhattisgarh 26-7-2018 Cr. M.P. No. 100/2018 was finally disposed of vide order dated 30-4-2018. However, later on, it was noticed that in the said order there is a typographical mistake and in 3rd line of para 4, in place of date '15.12.2017', the date '05.01.2018' has been wrongly mentioned.

The above mistake stands corrected. In the order dated 30-4-2018, in 3rd line of para 4, in place of date '05.01.2018', the date be read as '15-12-2017'. A copy of this order be also supplied along with the order dated 30-4-2018 passed in Cr.M.P. No. 100/2018.
