1. Heard.

2. This Review Petition arises out of WPC No.2077 of 2014, which was clubbed with a batch of writ petitions (WPC No.2179 of 2014 and other connected petitions, decided vide common order dated 19.01.2016), involving similar question.

3. It appears the issue involved in WPC No.2077 of 2014 was different than the issue involved in other petitions of the batch. This petition does not involve the issue of termination of lease,

which was the subject issue in the other batch of writ petitions.

4. In view of the above, the order dated 19/1/2016 passed in WPC No.2179 of 2014 and other batch of writ petitions, is recalled in respect of WPC No.2077 of 2014, filed by the review petitioner/writ petitioner .

5. It is made clear that the common order dated 19.01.2016 passed in other writ petitions of the batch, is not recalled.
