Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 17/10/2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petition, final order has been passed by respondent No.1 and the same has already been challenged by the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the points raised in this petition in the subsequent petition during arguments.

3. In view of above, the petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
