1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in connected matter arising out of same crime number, he had appeared for one of the co-accused and the present petition has been preferred under his Vakalatnama by inadvertence. He would submit that the case belongs

to his junior counsel and his Vakalatnama was wrongly filed. He would pray for and is permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to move afresh on the same cause of action.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
