Modification of the order is sought by the Applicants of the order dated 03.07.2020 Annexure P/1 on the ground that while passing the order impugned no relief is granted. It is contended that the order of the Commissioner awarding conditional interest is maintained as it is. 2.

Upon referring to paragraph 14 of the impugned order passed by this Court learned counsel concedes that the interest is awarded by this Court from the date of accident. No other ground is raised before us.

In view of above, we do not find any merit in this MCC. It is accordingly dismissed.
