The petitioner is working as Lecturer/Principal in the High School Khairkut, Tahsil Tilda, District Raipur. He was served with the notice by the Principal of School to submit documents regarding his Caste, which he replied on 13/12/2014 and thereafter, this writ petition has been filed stating that respondent No.3 has no jurisdiction to initiate the proceedings against him.

By Annexure-P/3 dated 29/11/2014, the Principal has only sought certain information from the petitioner, which is said to have been forwarded by petitioner but no decision has been taken by respondent No.3.

The writ petition is finally disposed off directing that respondent No. 3 to consider the reply and take decision in the matter in accordance with law.
