Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that at the time of filing of the instant writ petition on 05.09.2016, the petitioner was not in possession with the memo, which is filed in Writ Petition (Criminal) No.277 of 2016 in respect of the same subject matter, which was filed subsequently on 05.10.2016.

In view of the above submission and considering the documents, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
