2. This is a repeat bail application. First bail application of the Applicant was dismissed on merits vide common order dated 25.09.2020 passed in MCRCA No.1123/2020.

3. I do not found any new ground to allow the instant application of the Applicant.

4. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed at motion stage itself.

5. However, as prayed by learned counsel for the Applicant, the Trial Court is directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicant before the Trial Court and filing of bail application on his behalf, the Trial Court shall decide the said application in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably, on the same date of its filing.
