Petitioner is aggrieved by rejection of her nomination paper for the post of President of Students Union of Durga College, Raipur.

Admittedly, clause 21 of ordinance No.1 of the Pandit Ravi Shankar Shukla University ('the University' in short) provides for constitution of election dispute resolution committee for resolving any dispute referred by the patron of the college for decision by the committee. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in the event the petitioner prefers a dispute before the election dispute resolution committee of Durga College, Raipur, in terms of clause 21 of ordinance No.1 of the University, the said committee shall decide the dispute/reference at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of its presentation.
