Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 28/10/2015 (1) By the impugned order dated 7.10.2015, respondent No. 4Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) has directed the petitioner to work as Patwari Halka No. 01- Ghat Ghanora in place of Halka No. 06 - Karanji.

(2) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is presently engaged in the election duty as Supervisor for the Patwari Halka No. 6 and the election is likely to be effected by such attachment of the petitioner and, therefore, he may be permitted to file fresh representation to the SDO (Revenue), Tokapal, District Bastar and, in turn, the said Officer may be directed to consider his representation in accordance with law expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(4) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. In the eventuality of filing any representation by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, it is expected from the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) to decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
