Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/01/2018 The petitioner's grievance is limited only to non-payment of honorarium in respect of the period during which, the petitioner remained posted as Employment Assistant in Gram Panchayat - Siladehi, District - Janjgir-Champa. It is submitted that representation has been made which has not been decided.

Let the petitioner prefer representation before the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Bamnidih and the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by a speaking order within a period of four weeks. 3.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order and his grievance is not redressed, it will be open for him to invoke remedy of appeal provided under Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995.
