1. The grievance of the petitioner is that land bearing Khasra No. 734/6, 734/8 admeasuring 380 sq. ft. was acquired by respondent/ Municipal Corporation for construction of approach road to Srikant Verma Marg but till date the petitioner has not been granted any compensation in spite repeated representation made to Respondent No.2.

2. Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 Municipal Corporation submits that the representation of the petitioner shall be positively decided in an objective manner within a period of 3 months.

3. In view of the statement made by the counsel for Municipal Corporation, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner for land in exchange of the land acquired or appropriate compensation which the petitioner is entitled for under the law, at the earliest preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
