1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner does not want to contest this petition on merits. However, he prays that the respondent No.1 may be directed to consider and decide his pending representation dated 10.05.2019 for curtail of route from Baramkela to Lendra (9 km) and extension of route from Baramkela to Sariya (14 km) in regular stage carriage permit No. 587/B/2018 on the route Bilaspur to Lendra via Masturi, Mulmula, Pamgarh, Shivrinarayan, Gidhori, Bhatgaon, Sarsiva, Saranggarh, Baramkela and one return trip daily.

2. Learned State counsel submits that if the above application is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in

accordance with law, within a period of 60 days from today.

3. In view of the foregoing, according to learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication.
