1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as a daily wager under Respondent No. 2, to look after the zoo . It is further submitted that she is working from 1994 to 2017 and thereafter some break was given and again her services were availed eventually uptil March 2020, which would be evident from the payment made to the petitioner. Thereafter, all of a sudden she has been revoked from the service without any notice, therefore the rules of natural justice are not followed and

at this stage he prays that the petitioner may be given the liberty to make a representation to Respondent No. 2.

3. Learned State counsel opposes the argument and would submit that the petitioner has worked uptill 2017, only.

4. Be that as it may, considering the facts, without any observation on the right of the petitioner, the petitioner is given the liberty to make a representation to the Respondent No. 2 ventilating all the grievances within 3 weeks. If such representation is filed, Respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is further made clear that this court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
