Learned State counsel submits that in respect of the like nature of complaint, as it pertains to the complaint about the deposit of money in the Chit Fund Company namely Double Gold on the report of one of the victim, the FIR bearing No.0390 has been registered.

The State is therefore directed to record the statement of the victim/petitioner as a witness/ aggrieved party in such crime, as apparently it appears that the nature of the complaint is one and same.
