1. By this petition under Section 24 of the CPC, the petitioner has prayed for transfer of Civil Suit No.325-A/15 pending before the Family Court, Bilaspur to the Family Court, Kawardha.

2. At the outset, counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably settled their disputes and differences vide settlement dated 19.10.2016 and now they are living together happily. They further submit that the respondent has already withdrawn the application under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

3. Since the petition being sought to be transferred itself has been withdrawn by the respondent, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication and accordingly, it is dismissed.
