1. This application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the applicant apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No. 106 /2012 registered in Police Station -Marwahi, Bilaspur, for alleged commission of offence under Sections 302, 201, 120-B and 109 read with Section 34 IPC.

2. This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. Her earlier bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn.

3. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application on the submission that the applicant intends to surrender and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He prays that the Court below may be directed to consider regular bail application of the applicant at the earliest.

4. Accordingly, in view of the above submission, the application is dismissed as

-2withdrawn.

5. It is directed that as and when the applicant surrenders and apply for grant of regular bail before Court below, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
