1. This is a case where the petitioner, the widow, is running from pillar to post for grant of pensionary benefits arising on death of her Husband who died working under the respondents on the post of Tehsildar.

2. The present is a repeat writ petition filed by the petitioner claiming for pensionary benefits. The earlier writ petition was WPS No.1978 of 2015. This court on 15.05.2015 disposed of the said writ petition by ordering the respondents to refer the matter to the committee constituted by the State Govt. in respect of settlement of retiral dues.

3. The counsel for the petitioner submits that though more than six years have passed till date there is no finalization of the grievance of the petitioner by the said committee and since the limitation for pursuing

-2contempt petition also has lapsed, the petitioner is forced to approach this court again.

4. Considering the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the respondents No.1&2 are hereby directed to immediately process the claim of the petitioner in respect of grant of pensionary benefits on death of her Husband. Let all verification and scrutiny be done and the entitlement of the petitioner be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The respondents shall also consider in respect of any other dues payable to the petitioner after the death of her Husband.
