That on 09-09-2016 the concerned District Education Officer has given certain instructions and has laid down the procedure/rule for completing the process of promotion involving applicant and other Sikhsakarmi employed at concerned Nagar Panchayat. The same would be considered in accordance with law the copies of
letter dated 09/09/2016 is being annexed and marked herewith collectively as Annexure-R/2." (2) Counsel for the respondent would submit that necessary instructions have been issued by the District Education Officer, Distt. Janjgir to the Chief Municipal Officer and the case of the petitioners will be considered in accordance with law by the Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat Balauda, Civil & Revenue District - Janjgir-Champa.
(3) In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed. Rule issued is discharged.
